Sreelekha Mitra In Black Dress

Sreelekha Mitra born 30 August 1971 is a Bengali Indian actress of TV and films. She has won an Anandalok Award (2006) and BFJA Award (2007) for acting. She is also a judge in a Bengali standup comedy show, Mirakkel. Mitra appeared in a Coca-Cola ad  with Aamir Khan
reelekha Mitra has never been as bugged with the cyberworld as she has been in recent times.
What's actually infuriated the actor further is that the profile also carries a picture of the actor and mentions that her career interest is 'panu film e obhinoy'! One netizen, who goes by the name of 'Arindam I am now' has asked: "Career interest ta ki true? Ok tai ovinoi korle? Tomar panu kothai pabo boloto? u r so sexyy!!!!' "Someone must be a pervert to write something like this. And I'm sure it's a guy who is doing this," says Sreelekha.  Cops are eager to help Sreelekha, provided she lodges a complaint. Says Javed Shamim, DC (DD), Kolkata Police, "This is a vulgar and obscene case. She has to send us a complaint giving us the details of the profile. We will try to get in touch with the service provider and track down the person. Recently, we tracked an offender in Delhi after a complaint regarding a false profile was lodged with us. The guy has been arrested and will be prosecuted. We'll take action as soon as we receive a complaint."  Other harmless netizens have expressed surprise over finding a celebrity on a social networking site. "u were lookin exceedingly nice in the movie of yours Ek Mutho Chabi and acted very well in Kantatar.......... it's not that i really expect a reply from u but will be really honoured and happy if i receive one," writes one netizen who goes by the name of Sourav.

Of course, there are many who have questioned the credibility of the profile. And understandably so, because no actor would ever wish to write, for publicity or otherwise, that she intends to do porn films. But what's adding to the confusion among those who can't decide whether a profile is fake or not is the recent spate of celebrity bloggers. With stars like Big B and Aamir Khan insisting that they themselves write their blogs, it's only natural for netizens to expect that even our local celebs will be available on social networking sites and will also be sending out scraps to their fans.
